Terms & Conditions for Joining Yatra

1. Train Reservation starts 60 Days in Advance. If you want to book Lower Berth, Please book your ticket in Advance.
2. If you can afford Flight Charges, You can join at Starting Point of the yatra. And also you can leave by Flight from the Closing Point of the Yatra. The Yatra cost does not include Flight / Train Charges incurred to reach the Starting Point and from Closing Point.
3. If you Join in the middle of the yatra or if you leave in the middle of the yatra, the full Yatra Cost will not be adjusted or return back.
4. If you join the Yatra by paying Advance Amount and if you Cancel the Yatra, there is no REFUND. Under extra ordinary circumstances, If you cancel, the extra expenses will be deducted, and the balance amount will not be given back. It will be adjusted in the next yatra.
5. Yatra Programme Dates and Yatra Cost are subject to Change, with Prior Intimation to Yatris.
6. Due to Unavoidable Situations like Bus Breakdown, Tyre Puncture, Traffic Congestion, we may have to skip visiting some Temples in our Schedule. Yatris shall not go for unnecessary argument and shall be ready to accept the instructions from the Tour Operator.

7. Yatris, who are aged 70 Plus and have critical Health Condition shall inform their Medical Condition before joining the Yatra. If there is any Health Issues arise during Yatra, the yatri shall have to bear the expenses and make own arrangement.
